Day 2 – countdown to T-Day

On the countdown to Thanksgiving and all of the food choices you will be faced with, I am posting links to great alternatives.

Focus on eating well, even when everyone around is not.
You choose what goes in your mouth.
You choose how you will feel later on (or the next day).

The countdown

It’s Monday – for many of us, this will be a ‘Short’ work week.
If you are in retail, this is the mother of all weekends coming up.
At the gym – it’s another day.

Today we turned you upside down, lifted you over the bar, flew threw the air, and defied gravity.

Again – just another day at Body & Fuel.
